Three 8,500 sq. ft. neighborhood medical care facilities throughout the Valley.

SUNSET OFFICE PARK - PHASES I AND II

Total of 48,000 sq. ft. office complex with on and off-site improvements.

ESCOBEDO PROFESSIONAL PLAZA

25,000 sq. ft. four-building office complex in the Hispanic community.

ERIC WOODS OFFICE BUILDING

13,000 sq. ft. attorney's office building and site improvements.

WESTERN CASEWORK OFFICE AND SHOP BUILDING
